Accommodation and care costs at Goue Aar Tehuis
We have a total of 64 subsidised beds available at the facility, funded by the Department of Social Services. 90% of the SASSA grant goes to the Goue Aar Old Age Home.
Our residents are accommodated in two frail care units as well as in three assisted living unit, where residents who are still able to perform certain tasks for themselves are housed. We have only double rooms available, with shared bathrooms.
Standard Rental
R8250.00 per month
(including VAT)
Subsidized Beds
Residents eligible for subsidized beds will have a monthly
co-payment of R2800.00.
Adult Diapers
An additional charge of R500.00 per month, if applicable.
Advance Payment
Rent is to be paid monthly in advance.
